A new and expanded university mail services facility was constructed in the basement of Hill Hall Dormitory. The previously unfinished space received a new HVAC system, lighting, finishes, and millwork. Staff offices, accessible toilets and an employee lounge were included in the program. Exterior improvements added new windows, a loading dock and a new accessible entrance.
