Newton Scientific specializes in the research and development of custom particle accelerators for the medical and semiconductor industries. The five-thousand square foot space we designed for them near the MIT campus is organized around a central laboratory with adjacent offices and conference rooms arranged in a linear plan along the exterior wall. The laboratory walls were glazed wherever possible to permit interaction between the scientists and technicians.
