We have designed renovations and additions to convert 30 Beacham Street into commercial offices. The building, constructed in 1926, was originally the Boston headquarters of Standard Oil. The existing structure contains approximately 23,500 square feet. New construction, providing an accessible entrance, elevator, toilets, a second egress stair and loading docks will add 2,300 square feet. New windows, curtain wall and canopies as well as complete plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical systems will be incorporated.
