The scope of work included the complete renovation of a house on Lakeview Avenue in Cambridge. One of the principal challenges was the OwnerÕs objective to transform a small cramped kitchen and adjacent dining area into a unified space with ample room for cooking and dining. The kitchen uses custom book-matched walnut cabinets to extend the feeling of furniture throughout the kitchen area and maximize storage. The clean lines of the cabinets, open shelving and new windows impart a surprising feeling of spaciousness to the small room.
