This project entailed the reconfiguration of an existing house. Hallways were altered to separate circulation from living spaces. Windows were relocated to focus and align with water views, a screened porch was added, a small addition was created to accommodate a TV room, and the kitchen area was completely redesigned. Custom cabinetry was detailed to function both as kitchen cabinets, and room dividing furniture. The resulting changes brought a new sense of order that clearly delineates the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.
